HOW DO I ORDER FROM DesiMegaMarket.com?

To purchase a product on our site, select from the available product categories or SALE items. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size, quantity and click 'ADD TO CART'. If you would like to continue shopping and select another item, you may freely return to other products or SALE pages and continue shopping. You may add an item at anytime, update quantities, or remove and item by clicking 'view' or 'edit your cart'. This will take you to a summary page of your shopping cart. Here you can also receive an estimate on shipping costs to your destination.

To purchase products from a specific store, click on “search vendors”. List of vendors will be provided who offer free local and interstate deliveries at your given area. Local deliveries are quick, from which the deliveries can be received within few hours or at the possible time specified by the customers. Customer may select one or all the local vendors to shop from. At DesiMegaMarket we make shopping easy, convenient and hassle free. Shopping from specific local vendor or site is the same. Select and add the product in the cart. Once the shopping is done, select the shipping (local vendors will provide local shipping) and pay for the products.

Once you are happy with your order click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will proceed to setting up your account details, through to confirming your order — it’s as simple as that. Please note you will need your credit card or pay-pal details handy, including the delivery address to finalize your online shopping experience. When we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and order details attached. Please make sure all details in the address field are correctly filled in-most importantly including email, telephone and delivery address. If not please e-mail us at support@desiMegaMarket.com

VIEW & TRACK ORDERS
All orders are dispatched from local or different state store vendors. They use FedEx, UPS,USPS or other courier services to deliver your order. They may even deliver order themselves if local shipping is selected and is available in your area. Frozen foods and perishable items are only shipped via local shipping.

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from DesiMegaMarket.com containing your tracking number, vendor details and the assigned courier who will deliver your order. Store details will also be available on the invoice, If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your Order Details or contact DesiMegaMarket using the Contact Us form or email at support@desiMegaMarket.com.

Once you have your tracking number you can track your order by clicking on the tracking number or by visiting shipping carrier's website (if a shipping company was used) using tracking number assigned to your order.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can change your order while you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from “Your Cart”. After your order is placed and payment has been made, it's still possible to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing an order. If you unable to cancel your order from online,contact the store vendor/s to cancel your order. If you want to change your order, simply cancel the order and submit a new order. Once the order is processed, you will no longer be allowed to cancel it. The order will be sent to you and then if required you could return it to us. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.
